  • What is required for my dog to board?

For your dog to board with us, we require proof of the following vaccinations: rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Additionally, a negative stool test result is necessary. These requirements ensure the health and safety of all our furry guests.
  • When can I drop off and pick up my dog for day care?

Our day care drop-off hours are between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. For pick-up, you can collect your dog between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to maintain our daily schedule.
  • Can I bring my pet's own food?

Absolutely. We actually recommend that you bring your pet's regular food. Maintaining your pet's usual diet helps prevent digestive issues and keeps them comfortable during their stay with us.
  • How long can my pet stay at the boarding facility?

We accommodate both brief and extended stays at our facility. You're welcome to book your pet's stay for any length of time that suits your needs, whether it's a short weekend trip or a longer vacation period.
  • Can I bring something from home for my dog?

Certainly. We encourage you to bring a familiar item such as your dog's blanket or bed. This can help your pet feel more at ease in our boarding environment by providing a comforting scent of home.
  • What if my dogs have medications?

We are happy to administer any necessary medications to your dog during their stay. This service is provided at no extra cost to ensure your pet maintains their regular medication schedule.
